Kaiyuan Chemical Industry Magnetic Reaction Caldron Plant is specialized in manufacturing magnetic-driven reactive caldron and its main products are heavy-duty, medium and undersize magnetic-driven reactive caldron for chemical products and laboratories. The products are extensively used in scientific research institutes, colleges and chemical industries enterprises such as chemical industry, pharmaceutics, dyestuff, food and biological chemical industries.
Magnetic driven is an updated sealing technology developed in the 80th century. Magnetic coupling driver, the key part of magnetic driven reactive caldron is a kind of driver to coupling drive through permanent magnetic material. Based on the theory that magnetic steels can be interattracted after penetrating austenitic stainless steel, stainless steel seal cover can be fixed connected with caldron to form silent sealcavity to seal the open pore of mixer shaft. A Rotor with permanent-magnet material is put inside and outside the seal cover. Because magnet has the characteristic that the opposite approach, the like repel, the inner and external rotor can be positioned reciprocally in the axis and in the direction of rotation axis. The inner rotor will rotate simultaneously while the external rotor is rotating with electric engine together. Then the inner rotor drives the stirrer shaft inside the caldron through coupler to complete stirring. In the outdated traditional way, leaking problem existed due to dynamic seal in the status of mechanical seal and packing seal. Currently, mediator is totally in the seal cavity framed by autoclave body and seal cover due to the effect of magnetic driven and there is no leakage and pollution with reactive mediator.
