Balance Turbine Type

Balance Turbine Type:
Normal operation term:n=10-300rpm v=4-10m/s
Hinge v=2-6m/s
Normal viscosity range of mediator:<5*104(centipoise) Hinge,<104(centipoise)
Flowage:plain fin and forward curved wane are in the runoff flow. Based on the lobate of boundary, upper and down rotation flow can be shaped when damper is put. There is axial distribution flow, similar as axial flow in hinge.

Disk Turbine:
Normal operation term:n=10¡«300rpm v=4-10m/s hinge v=2-6m/s
Normal viscosity range of mediator:<5*104(centipoise) hinge¡¢backward leaning vane<104(centipoise)
Flowage:Plain fin and backward leaning vane is in the runoff flow. Based on the lobate of boundary, upper and down rotating flow are formed when damper is put. There is axial distribution flow in hinge. The mix of liquid in upper and lower side of disk is not so good as balance turbine.
